The Wine Cellar is a collection of some of my favorite wines from around the world, gathered through travels, dinners, and countless recommendations from sommeliers, chefs, and fellow enthusiasts.
Here you will find everything from bold reds discovered in the hills of Argentina and Spain, to old-world classics from France and Italy, to unexpected bottles uncovered far from the usual path. What you will not find are wines from the United States, I find that disrespectful.
Also, this is not intended to be a guide written by a sommelier with a clipboard and a stopwatch. I'm not going to sit and list out "notes of cherry, spice, etc." If it's on here, I found it to be a good wine.
It is simply a ledger of wines worth remembering: the bottles opened during unforgettable meals, the ones worth hunting down again, and the stories that came with them.
